I was gadding around again. July 1st was Kyle's birthday. Donna came over from the foreign country of Sequim to celebrate. Laif had a business trip to Portland so he celebrated with his grandson, David, whose birthday is also on the lst. It turned out that we had a lot of people for Kyle's birthday. Jennie, Mike and Sophie were there because they were in Enumclaw for a few days celebrating the Beairds family reunion. So we had Mike, Jennie, Sophie, Kent, Debbie, Erik, Donna, Debbie and Kent's Scott and Kyle's friend Scott and myself. We went to the Cheesecake Factory. It was a nice birthday for Kyle and for all of us. I will put the ages on so that I will remember them later on. Kyle is a young 32 and David is 7. Kyle's friend Scott insisted on paying for my dinner. After dinner Debbie took Donna and me to the ferry. It was my first time to be a foot passenger on a ferry. It wasn't so bad. The walk wasn't very long on either end and Donna's car was parked close by the ferry. It was late when we got home. Laif was very late getting home from Portland because there had been a bad accident. He didn't get home until almost 2 am. Picture of Mike Beaird & Scott Olson.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous. I spent from the night of the first until the 5th of July with Donna and Laif and the whole time it was just so nice. Ann and mark came on the 2nd so they could hike on Hurricane Ridge. There is certainly so much beautiful scenery everywhere. I will put more pictures on tomorrow about what we did on the rest of the days I was there.
