As you can see the Olson family has been hard at work on the kitchen.
I decided to add this picture taken some years back. The nice looking lady is my daughter-in-law, Debby Otte, wife of my oldest son David. They live in Ketchikan. I put this picture on so that we can remember how the kitchen looked. The kitchen is going through an extreme make-over. Hardwood floors, new cabinets, new appliances. I can hardly wait to see the finished project. I am sure Debbie, Kent and Erik will be the happiest.
Sister Perkins brought my formal over this afternoon that I am taking on the cruise. It was very long and she had to hem it up for me. I am also taking a formal that I had on my last cruise and a very nice maroon dinner dress that I bought when I bought my new formal. My new formal is grey and the formal I took on the last cruise is blue. The dresses look better on the hangers than me. There are no twiggys in our family.
Starting this blog was really Jennie's idea. If I had known how much fun it was going to be, I would have started sooner. Saturday I will have to say goodbye to my nice room and my computer. There is always the up side to everything and I am looking forward to soaking up some sunshine for a few days.

  2. Yes, sunshine is good. I will think of you while I am enjoying Mexico. I am surprised how many people read my blog. It's fun. I loved the swimming video of sophie. She is just so adorable.
