Just remembering how last winter was. We had so much snow and so much cold weather. I have really been enjoying this winter. That is an unusual statement for me to make as winter is not a good time for me. We did not have really bad weather in November or December and of course, as everyone knows, January 2010 was the warmest January on record. So far February is starting out good but it does look like we will have some rain coming up. I am sure some rivers could see flooding including the Green River.Saturday was just a beautiful Spring like day. I was doing some "Spring cleaning" in my room and getting rid of stuff I no longer use. Also I went for a walk to the Library. It was hard to stay inside, it was so warm.
I don't have any plans for any trips yet. I suppose I will think of some place I would like to go this summer.
Debbie, Donna, Diane and I are all going to a Quilting Retreat the 26th of March near Portland, Oregon but that is only for the weekend. Also the first week of March is the Northwest Women's show that we like to go to in Seattle.
I will have to put on my thinking cap and see if I can remember any stories I should write down. I certainly do enjoy reading all the blogs and all the cute pictures of great-grandchildren.
Yes please, more stories. Those outings sound like fun too, even if they are just short ones. Mike and I are going to Cancun, Mexico the first weekend in March. Maybe that's your next hot spot. I will blog about how it goes.
